Art @ The Bus Wknd Happening February 5-7 2016

Art @ The Bus Wknd is a 3 days long event is packed with innovative and creative music, visual arts and design hosted every month. The event features live music, film screenings, art installations, spoken word poetry and DJ sets from talented African artistes.

Some of the artistes taking part in this edition include: The Red Acapella, Makadem, who will performing in collaboration with Tanzanian band, Ras Six Tunaweza Band, Wasa Band, Papi Odeq, Kelvin Kaesa and Mwende Ngao. (Yes, me!)  The ever fantastic DJ Jack Rooster,  will be on the decks on Friday 5th February to kick off the weekend.

The event will run from Friday 5th February to Sunday 7th February at The Bus/The Alchemist Bar in Westlands. Tickets will be sold at the door and are Kshs. 1000 for 3 days if you buy on Friday, Kshs. 1000 for 2 days if you buy on Saturday and Kshs. 500 for Sunday. The timings are 6.30pm till late on Friday, 4.30pm till late on Saturday and 2pm till 10pm on Sunday. Find more details on the event here.
